Born and raised in Massachusetts then came home to Colorado. Musician and artist. Earn my living in architecture and general contracting. Have managed to stay happily married for 21 years. Have three grown and gone, and one in high school.

Have been half way around the world, buzzed and smitten by things I can't explain. Grateful to those firmly on their own paths that have taken the time to be sources of light, guidance, and inspiration. My teachers in the West. I truly love you.

Have had CFS for many years, and after a long time have decided to listen to it. It's helping me pay attention to my spirit and to the universe.
